RETURNS & ORDER PROCESSING
Items must be sent back to twistretch within 7 days from the date purchased. Eligible items will only be accepted for Store Credit ONLY No refunds.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all original product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
